SMART Path Assessments
Description
Runs from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. We will follow up with scheduling details after you’re registered. Increase endurance. Develop a routine. Get stronger. Build muscle. Improve your health. During your SMART Path consultation, you'll meet with a fitness specialist to discuss your goals, determine a baseline starting point and complete an FMS (functional movement screen) to observe imbalances and patterns leading to injury. Trainers will discuss your results and make recommendations designed to help you achieve your goals. Sessions are 30 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothes.
