An accomplished filmmaker and driving force in the animation industry, Mireille Soria is currently the President of Animation at Paramount Pictures. Prior to joining Paramount, Mireille produced DreamWorks Animation’s Captain Underpants while acting as the co-president of Feature Animation at DWA. She also produced the successful Madagascar franchise, which includes three films that collectively have grossed nearly $1.9 billion at the worldwide box office. During her illustrious career at DreamWorks Animation, Mireille has produced Home starring the voices of Rihanna and Jim Parsons, the Academy Award®-nominated animated adventure Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron and Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas. In addition to these features, Mireille co-executive produced the Fox/DWA animated series Neighbors from Hell for TBS.

Prior to her tenure at DreamWorks Animation, Mireille held a producing deal at Fox Family Pictures, where she produced the modern fairytale Ever After: A Cinderella Story, starring Drew Barrymore and Anjelica Huston, which has since gone on to be adapted for the stage. As Vice President of Features at Disney, Mireille also executive-produced the Disney Channel horror comedy, Under Wraps. While at Disney, she also oversaw the development and production of such projects as The Mighty Ducks and its two sequels, Cool Runnings and the live-action version of Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book.

Mireille had come to Disney from the Steve Tisch Company, where she served as Vice President while also developing and producing several projects including the Dirty Dancing television series. Prior to her producing career, Mireille held an executive position at ABC where she spearheaded the development of the critically-acclaimed series Thirtysomething.

Mireille is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences and the Producers Guild of America. Mireille is also a member of Women in Animation and the Producers Guild of America. She is on the board for Baobab Studios, a virtual reality animation company, and is a supporter and advocate for Planned Parenthood.
