Nicole Clemens is the newly-appointed President of Paramount Television. In her role, Clemens oversees all aspects of development, production and programming for the television production studio.

Clemens’ years of experience across multiple disciplines have given her invaluable institutional knowledge of all aspects of television from development to production to management to programming.

Prior to joining Paramount, Clemens was at Anonymous Content where she set up several projects, including series at Apple, Netflix, Showtime, Hulu, YouTube, CBS All Access, USA, Charter and History Channel. In addition, Clemens’s feature projects include adaptations of From the Corner of the Oval and Final Girls, both for Universal Pictures, as well as Burn, with Mahershala Ali attached to star.

Before Anonymous Content, Clemens was Executive Vice President and Head of Series Development for FX Networks. During her time at the network, Clemens was instrumental in guiding a coveted roster of critically-acclaimed original series, including Atlanta, Better Things, You’re the Worst, Baskets, Man Seeking Woman, Tyrant, The Strain, Snowfall, and Mayans MC.

Previously, Clemens was a partner and head of the motion picture literary department at ICM Partners. Prior to her tenure at ICM Partners, Clemens ran Rod Holcomb Productions and was a television executive at Spelling Television.
