Tanmay Manohar is Senior Director of People Analytics at Viacom and is responsible for building out the people analytics function. His mandate is to generate insights, implement predictive analytics initiatives and drive action from business stakeholders on the full talent management stack, from pre-hire to separation. He was previously Director of Data Strategy within the Data Strategy Center of Excellence at Viacom, where he evangelized the standardized use of data science capabilities across the organization and worked on two new patent-pending social media data products for Velocity/Ad Solutions. He also created the Viacom Viewprint product, a data-driven affinity map, as his MBA internship project.

Prior to Viacom, Tanmay spent several years in Management & Technology consulting at Accenture. Tanmay’s academic credentials include an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS with General and Departmental Honors from Johns Hopkins University with a double major in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Math & Statistics and a minor in Entrepreneurship & Management. Fun facts: Tanmay is a huge film and TV buff, is a men’s style expert, enjoys archery, and his formative years were spent with 106 & Park, Cribs, Pimp My Ride, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Nick at Nite.
