A 13-year veteran of Viacom, Charlotte Castillo manages the strategic development, planning and marketing for all Viacom licensing IP — including TMNT, SpongeBob, Dora the Explorer, Paw Patrol, South Park and the MTV brand. She leads a team of 28 people around the world. Charlotte has also been recognized throughout the industry — Women In Cable Telecommunications’ Rising Leaders Program in 2009; NAMIC’s prestigious Executive Leadership Development Program in 2012; and in 2018, she was selected as one of The Imagen Foundation’s Powerful and Influential Latinos in Entertainment.

Prior to Viacom, Charlotte was Marketing & Creative Services Director at Latina magazine, where she developed trade and consumer marketing initiatives, drove strategic partnerships with major Latino and women’s organizations, and spearheaded advertising-/sponsorship-based relationships with companies including Chevrolet, Unilever and L’Oréal among others. A NYC native born to immigrant parents from the Dominican Republic, Charlotte graduated from Wesleyan University with a BA in Sociology and American Studies and is fluent in Spanish. An avid traveler, Charlotte currently lives in Riverdale with her husband and son.
