As a successful talent manager, television personality, executive producer and coauthor of the novel Blurred Lines, Scott-Young is one of the most recognizable and sought after executives in the entertainment industry.
In television, Scott-Young is the creator and executive producer of VH1’s highly popular Love & Hip Hop franchise, as well as its spinoffs and derivatives. She is also executive producer of numerous reunion shows and specials for VH1, where she has served as on-camera host and narrator. In 2018, Scott-Young was instrumental in orchestrating the reunion of successful ’90’s girl group, XSCAPE, which resulted in a BRAVO docu-series, Xscape Still Kickin’ It, a sold-out 30-city arena tour, and is currently in the final stages of development on a biopic based on the group.
