Rachel is an MTV veteran, and started her career at MTV producing on shows such as Fanatic and Biorhythm where she produced biographies on Jennifer Lopez and Eminem. An alum of the Warner Bros. Comedy Writing Program, Rachel transitioned into working in the late night comedy space and produced on Jimmy Kimmel Live and also directed a comedy sketch show for Spike, entitled The John Henson Project. But she largely carved out her producing career in nonscripted, producing and directing in both competition and docusoap formats (Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, and Kendra On Top amongst some of the titles.) She also produced the first docusoap on Logo, Open Bar.
In addition to serving as an Executive Producer on various series, Rachel also has developed and sold shows. Her very first pilot was sold to MTV and her most recent project she developed and sold, Homicide Hunter: Joe Kenda, is currently in its eighth season on Discovery ID. In 2017, Rachel returned to MTV to join as the VP of Development.
