Andy Suriano is an illustrator, director, performer, and award-winning character designer and storyboard artist. He currently serves as Co-executive Producer for Nickelodeon’s upcoming series, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, an all-new 2D-animated reimagining of the iconic franchise.
Hailing from Detroit, Suriano is known for his work on Star Wars: Clone Wars, The Fairly OddParents, Duck Dodgers, Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, Disney’s Mickey Mouse shorts, Samurai Jack, and The Powerpuff Girls, among others. Suriano began his professional career as a teen traveling around the world with a magic-comedy troupe, before transitioning into working in animation where he has gained notoriety for his work in television and comic books throughout his 20-year career.
He also designs consumer products artwork for Nickelodeon’s current Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series and has developed and produced pilots for multiple networks including Nickelodeon, Disney, Cartoon Network, Warner Bros Animation, Sony and BET.
Suriano lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two sons.
