Gene Vassilaros is Head of Animation Casting and Talent for Nickelodeon and has been with the company for over 10 years, casting the pilots of such shows as The Legend of Korra, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Harvey Beaks, The Loud House, Blaze and the Monster Machines, Shimmer and Shine, and many others. He is a 15-year veteran of the casting industry, a CalArts graduate, and hails from the great state of Maryland.
