Description
1. Define what honesty, bravery and empathy mean to the team.
2. Identify current enablers and barriers to practicing these.
3. Introduce and practice Courageous Conversations during the Barefoot Beachwalk.
4. Declare individual and team commitments to action to drive and sustain behaviours at work.
The session will be very interactive with a series of paired and small group conversations exploring the key concepts together. Once the key concepts have been defined, the team will have the opportunity to practice bringing more honesty, bravery and empathy with each member through a series of paired conversations as we walk barefoot on the beach. Clear guidance and support will be given to facilitate relationship building and will be an opportunity to reset and recalibrate any difficult relationships where appropriate. Clients find that the combination of walking and talking along the open beach stimulates a deeper connection and opens up new avenues of communication.
